Terms and conditions
You can return the your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.
Item(s) must be unworn and unused, with all original tags and labels attached.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to FINNTRAIL.
How to initiate a return
To start a return process, complete the Returns and Exchanges Request Form below. We will send you detailed instructions via email.
Important notes
The original shipping fees are non-refundable (item(s) shipped with FREE shipping will still be subject to actual shipping charges being non-refundable). We offer free shipping on exchanges.
Return processing
Our dedicated team at FINNTRAIL will process your returns within 10 business days from the day we receive your package. In the case of damaged, defective, used, missing parts, or packaging damaged items, the processing time will be within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
two ways to make an exchange
Easy way

Once we receive your item (s), we will process your exchange request within 10 business days. Exchanges are shipped back to the customer free of charge. Please add the information about replacement items to the form below.
Fast way
02
If you are in a hurry, you can place a new order for your desired item (s) so that we can ship it to you within 1-2 business days. Afterwards, you can follow the return steps to ship the original item (s) back to us. Upon receiving your return, we will process a full refund.
