This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser and becomes null and void if the product is utilized for purposes other than its intended use. Providing proof of purchase is necessary to avail of this warranty.
File a Warranty Claim
Before sending your Warranty Claim Form, make sure you have read the warranty policy. Once you are familiar with the instructions, please fill out the form below and attach pictures of the problem areas as well as proof of purchase. The warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or by any other than normal use of the product;
- Damage caused by an act of nature (fire, flood, moths, etc.);
- Burns or deterioration caused by chemicals or any other foreign contamination;
- Damage caused by snags, cuts, or abrasions;
- Damage caused by improper care and/or storage;
- Damage caused by any modifications, alterations or repairs done by anyone other than FINNTRAIL
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product;
- Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or manufacturing quality;
- Incorrect sizing. If the item that you have bought doesn’t fit, please get in touch with us right away to issue an exchange before you wear and use the item, or your warranty will become void;
- Consequential or incidental damages.
