FINNTRAIL makes clothing, footwear and accessories for deep mud, freezing water, heavy rain and bitter cold. From wading rivers and riding flooded trails to snowmobiling in sub-zero temperatures, we make gear that protects against the elements and stands up to hard use.

OUR STORY

FINNTRAIL began with a goal to make reliable gear for people who spend their time outdoors in wet, demanding conditions. That means keeping water out, standing up to wear and fitting comfortably, whether you’re on foot or on a machine.

Today, our range covers fishing, ATV and UTV riding, snowmobiling and other outdoor activities. The conditions vary, but the goal remains the same: gear you can rely on, season after season.

WHAT MATTERS TO US

Built to withstand

Feedback from riders, anglers and our ambassadors helps guide our designs. We pay attention to how each product fits, how it moves with you and where it wears hardest. These details make a difference when you’re wearing the same gear all day and relying on it again the next morning.

We stand behind our workmanship with a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects on every FINNTRAIL product. If a product fails because of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it under the terms of the warranty.

Longer life, less waste

The longer gear stays in use, the less often it needs replacing.That can mean less waste and fewer resources needed to make new products. Durability is therefore an important part of our approach to making longer-lasting gear. 

Materials and treatments matter, too. We work to meet applicable PFAS requirements and prepare for upcoming regulations, adapting our materials and treatments as those requirements change.

There is always another stretch of river to fish or a trail you haven’t ridden. We make gear that helps you spend more time outdoors, extend your season, doing what you enjoy, with protection suited to the weather, terrain and season.

• Fishing: Gear for wading, fishing from the bank or a boat, and ice fishing.

• ATV and UTV riding: Apparel for mud, water, rough trails and changing weather.

• Snowmobiling: Insulated gear for cold temperatures, wind and snow.

• Other outdoor activities: Clothing and footwear for camping, exploring and spending time outdoors in wet or cold conditions.

We select materials and components to suit each product’s use, working with technology partners including Polartec®, Toray, Hipora, Michelin, Vibram, DuPont™ Sorona® and ATOP. These choices help us deliver the protection, comfort and durability each activity demands.

PROVEN IN THE FIELD

From international industry recognition to everyday use on rivers and trails, FINNTRAIL gear has earned its place in the outdoors. Our products have won five EFTTEX Best New Product Awards, highlighting the work that goes into developing gear for wet, demanding conditions.

Our connection to fishing also extends to the competitive stage. FINNTRAIL was an official sponsor of the Swedish, Finnish and Dutch teams at the 43rd World Fly Fishing Championship in Occitanie, France, supporting anglers competing at an international level.

Beyond awards and competition, riders and anglers use our gear across the Baltics, Germany, France, Canada and other markets worldwide. Their experience and feedback help us understand what matters in the field and guide how we improve the fit, comfort and durability of our gear.
