We offer worldwide delivery to most international destinations. Your order will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse. Customs duties and taxes are not included in the total shipping cost and may be charged separately.

Please note: Unfortunately, ordering to the USA and Canada is unavailable since our warehouse is in Europe. On the map you can find shops where you can buy equipment in your country.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive the tracking number once your order ships. Be sure to check your junk and spam folders. Generally, most orders are delivered within 1–5 days. Additional business days may be required for delivery during peak selling periods.

If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us to file a claim. We will issue a full refund or send a new package after your claim is resolved.

We require a signature for delivery on most of our packages. Please open all parcels in the presence of the courier. If the contents are damaged, report the damage and return the parcel to the courier.

Contact us afterward, and once the complaint is resolved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
