FINNTRAIL provides you with a 1-year warranty which covers any manufacturer workmanship defects in your FINNTRAIL gear. This warranty can be used by a consumer only and is null and void if the product is used for other than the intended purpose.
We provide you with a 30-DAY gear replacement from the original date of the purchase at NO COST.
This warranty can be used solely by the original purchaser and no one else. You must provide us with a proof of purchase.
The warranty does not apply to:
Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or by any other than normal and ordinary use of the product
Damage caused by an act of nature (fire, flood, moths, etc.)
Burns or deterioration caused by chemicals or any other foreign contamination
Damage caused by snags, cuts, or abrasions
Damage caused by improper care and/or storage
Damage caused by any modifications, alterations or repairs done by anyone other than FINNTRAIL OÜ
Damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product
Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship
Incorrect sizing. If the item that you have bought doesn't fit, please contact us right away to issue an exchange before you wear and use the item, or your warranty will become void
Consequential or incidental damages
FINNTRAIL gear is designed to ensure that every part provides a specific benefit. Our goal is to make sure you get the ultimate comfort, mobility, and protection with our durable gear. While FINNTRAIL items do excel in all of these aspects, they are not indestructible. Sharp rocks, stiff limbs, and unexpected falls can push any fabric or clothing type beyond its limit.
When you purchase FINNTRAIL waders, we provide you with a PATCH SET, so you can fix damage yourself and get your gear back in working order as soon as possible. If you are experiencing some problems, do not hesitate to contact our support staff. You can find an instruction on how you can fix your gear on this website.
Each warranty claim is very important to FINNTRAIL as it helps us improve our future gear designs. Each and every warranty claim we receive is a subject to review and testing. If no malfunctions of defects are detected, the item(s) will be returned to you at your own expense.
Before you send your items for review and testing, make sure they are clean and dry. If the items are excessively dirty or wet upon delivery at FINNTRAIL, we reserve the right to deny the warranty claim, and the items will be sent back to your address in the same condition as they were received.
