United States:
- Free shipping on orders over 290 USD
- 25 USD on orders under 290 USD
Canada:
- Free shipping on orders over 290 CAD
- 19 CAD on orders under 290 CAD
Europe:
- Free shipping on orders over 290 EUR
- 20 EUR on orders under 290 EUR
- In other cases, you can choose the most suitable delivery option when placing an order.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for delivery in regions remote from warehouses.
- Custom duties and taxes are not included in the total shipping cost and may be additionally charged.

We use UPS, USPS or Omniva service to ship our products.
- Parcel tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your parcel online.
- Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the country you live in and the delivery type you’ve chosen when placing an order.
Please pay attention that:
- Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, there could be a delay in your order being processed and shipped – please bear with us.
- Delivery time does not include processing (1-3 additional business days). We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
- During high demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and Sales, the preparation time may be extended.
- Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, there could be a delay in your order being processed and shipped – please bear with us.
- Secure shipment
All our shipments are professionally packed and insured and we assume full responsibility for the delivery of your shipment. In practice, damage or loss of parcels occurs infrequently - in less than 0.1% of all cases, but if by chance your shipment is lost or damaged during delivery, we will refund the cost of the item(s), or resend your order if possible.
If the shipment doesn't reach you within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will undertake a claim procedure with the courier company. Upon its completion, we will refund you the money or send your package again, whatever you prefer.
- Parcel damage
All parcels shall be opened in the presence of a courier. If the contents are damaged, please write a damage report and give the parcel back to the courier. After that please contact us, and upon settling the complaint, we will send you another parcel with the same item(s) or issue a refund.
- Item availability and delivery time
We try to keep all items we offer in stock.
If for some reason we don't have enough low-value items ordered by you in stock, i.e. you order a larger amount of such items than what we have in stock, we will send you all the available items, and you will have to order the rest at a later date.
If for some reason the store is unable to fulfill your order, it will be canceled. If the payment is already completed, the money will be returned to your Paypal account or bank card.
- Satisfaction guaranteed
We want to make sure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases; so if for some reason you are unhappy with the item you purchased from us, you can return the item to us without providing a reason, and we will exchange your item for something else or give you a refund. Returns can only be issued within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging, without any signs of use, and have the original receipt attached. The item shall be returned at your own expense.
NOTE: We offer free delivery on orders above 290 CAD/USD/EUR as long as you don’t wish to return your order. However, if you request to process a return, we will charge a fixed shipping cost of 20 EUR/ 25 USD/ 19 CAD, which we will deduct from your merchandise refund. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges are shipped back to the customer free of charge. You can always return your order without giving any reason. We will replace and send your new order with free shipping.
