    • Free shipping on orders over 290 USD
    • 25 USD shipping fee on orders under 290 USD


    • Free shipping on orders over 290 CAD
    • 19 CAD shipping fee on orders under 290 CAD


    • Free shipping on orders over 290 EUR
    • 20 EUR shipping fee on orders under 290 EUR

  2. For other cases, you can select the most suitable delivery option during the order placement.
  3. Additional delivery charges may apply for remote regions.
  4. Please be aware that customs duties and taxes are not included in the total shipping cost and may be charged separately.

Delivery Method:

We utilize UPS, USPS, Canada Post, Purolator, Canpar, or Omniva services to ship our products.

Parcel Tracking:

You will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery time

The delivery time depends on your country and the delivery method chosen during order placement.

Please note the following:

  • Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, there may be delays in order processing and shipment. We appreciate your patience.

  • Delivery time does not include processing time (1-3 additional business days). We process and deliver orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • During high demand periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and Sales, preparation time may be extended.

Secure Shipment:

All our shipments are professionally packed and insured. We take full responsibility for the delivery of your shipment. While parcel damage or loss is rare (less than 0.1% of cases), if your shipment is lost or damaged during delivery, we will refund the cost of the item(s) or resend your order if possible.

If your shipment does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us, and we will initiate a claim procedure with the courier company. Once the claim is settled, we will refund your money or resend your package according to your preference.

Parcel Damage:

All parcels should be opened in the presence of the courier. If the contents are damaged, please write a damage report and return the parcel to the courier. Afterward, please contact us, and once the complaint is resolved, we will send you a replacement parcel with the same item(s) or issue a refund.

Item Availability and Delivery Time:

We strive to keep all items we offer in stock.

In the event that we do not have enough low-value items in stock to fulfill your order, we will ship all available items and allow you to place a separate order for the remaining items at a later date.

If, for any reason, the store is unable to fulfill your order, it will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to your PayPal account or bank card.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

We want to make sure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item(s) you purchased from us, you can return your order without providing a reason, and we will exchange your item(s) for something else or provide a refund. Returns can only be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging, without any signs of use, and with the original receipt attached.
