RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If, for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for an exchange or refund, provided that the items are unworn.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please fill out the Returns and Exchanges Request Form below. Detailed instructions will be sent to you via email.
Return Processing:
Our dedicated team at FINNTRAIL will process your returns within 10 business days from the day we receive your package. In the case of damaged, defective, used, missing parts, or packaging damaged items, the processing time will be within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to FINNTRAIL.

Kindly ensure that your return is shipped to the warehouse from which your order was delivered.

We offer free delivery unless you wish to return your order. In the event of a refund request, a fixed shipping cost will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
How to Make an Exchange:
If you need to exchange your item(s) due to incorrect sizing, please let us know within 14 days. The item(s) should be kept unworn and undamaged. You have two options for exchanges:

EASY: If you prefer to exchange the purchased item(s) for new one(s), please provide the necessary information using the form below. Further instructions will be sent to you via email. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your exchange request within 10 business days. Exchanges are shipped back to the customer free of charge. In the case of damaged, defective, used, missing parts, or packaging damaged items, the processing time will be within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

FAST: If you are in a hurry, you can place a new order for your desired item(s) so that we can ship it to you immediately. Afterwards, you can follow the return steps to ship the original item(s) back to us. Upon receiving your return, we will process a full refund.
