RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We try to exceed our customers' expectations by providing you with the product of the best quality. We want you to be completely happy with the purchase you are making. If you are not 100% happy with it, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for an exchange or refund if the items are unworn.

How do I make a return?

If you want to return the items you have purchased, please to include photos of the problem areas (if applicable) as well as a proof of purchase. Send all necessary information using the form below.

Please send your merchandise back choosing the carrier you prefer. Make sure the carrier has got an option to track the parcel.

We will process it and issue a special # to your refund and contact you. You will be refunded with your original purchase price (less the cost of shipping) via the method of payment you have purchased the item, once we receive your return.

Representatives of FINNTRAIL process the refunds within 10 business days from the day we receive your package. Items that were received damaged, defective, used, missing parts or with packaging damaged will be processed within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

NOTE: The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping to and from FINNTRAIL.

How do I make an exchange?

Not the correct size? Let us know! You have up to 14 days to return your item. Please, keep it unworn and undamaged.

There are 2 options:

  1. EASY: If you want to exchange the item(s) you have purchased for a new one(s), please send all necessary information using the form below. Send your original order using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your exchange request within 10 business days. Items that were received damaged, defective, used, missing parts or with packaging damaged will be processed within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

  2. FAST: If you are in a hurry, you can just place another order for your new item so that we can ship it to you right away. Afterward, you can follow the return steps and ship your original items to us using the carrier of your choice.
