We try to exceed our customers' expectations by providing you with products of the best quality.

We want you to be completely happy with the purchase you make. If you are not 100% happy with it, you can return your item(s) within 50 days from the original purchase date for an exchange or a refund if the items are unworn. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from FINNTRAIL OÜ. Discontinued products will not be accepted.

How do I make a return?

If you want to return the items you have purchased, please click on the button "DOWNLOAD RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM" below to initiate the return process. Please download this form, fill it out, and be sure to include photos of the problem areas (if applicable) as well as a proof of purchase. Once you complete this form, send all necessary information to service@finntrail.com

Please send your item(s) back choosing any carrier you prefer. Make sure the carrier has an option of tracking parcels.

We will process your claim, assign a reference number to your refund, and contact you. As soon as we receive your reply, you will be refunded with the original purchase price (excluding the shipping cost) via the same payment method you have used to purchase the item(s).

Representatives of FINNTRAIL OÜ process refunds within 2 business days from the day we receive your package.

How do I make an exchange?

Not your size? Let us know! You have up to 50 days to return your item. Please keep it unworn and undamaged.

There are 2 options:

  1. EASY: If you want to exchange the item(s) you have purchased for a new one(s), please click on the button "DOWNLOAD RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM" below to initiate your exchange. Please download this form, fill it out, and be sure to include the size you prefer to receive as well as a proof of purchase. Once you complete this form, send all necessary information to service@finntrail.com. Send your original order using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive your item(s), we will process your exchange request within 2 business days.

  2. FAST: If you are in a hurry, you can simply place another order for a new item so that we can ship it to you right away. Afterwards, you can follow the instructions above and ship your original items back to us using a carrier of your choice.

NOTE: The customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs to and from FINNTRAIL OÜ.

If you want to issue a return or an exchange for an order that came with a gift, you have to return the gist as well.
