HOW DO I PURCHASE A FINNTRAIL GIFT CARD?
You can purchase a gift card via the Gift Card page on the FINNTRAIL website. Gift cards purchased online are not physically shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Gift Card attached.
WHO CAN PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
A Gift Card may be purchased on the FINNTRAIL webstore by customers in the United States or Canada who are:
- 18 years old or over
- a resident and reside within the United States or Canada
- have a bank account to make a purchase
WHERE CAN I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?
You may redeem a Gift Card on the FINNTRAIL webstore. Please note, a gift card is only valid for the country and currency that it’s originally issued on. For example, a gift card purchased or issued on Canada and orders in CAD will only work in Canada for orders in CAD.
CAN I USE A GIFT CARD DURING A SALE/OUTLET?
Yes, go for it! A Gift Card can be used as a form of payment at any time.
CAN I REDEEM A GIFT CARD AND USE A PROMOCODE ON THE SAME ORDER?
Yes, you may. Promocodes, discounts, and special offers available on the day of order will be used, when redeeming a Gift Card.
CAN I USE A GIFT CARD & MAKE A CARD PAYMENT ON THE SAME ORDER?
Yes, you may split your payment part Gift Card, part credit/debit card on an order. The full available balance of the Gift Card will be deducted from your order total and then any remaining amount can be paid using other payment method.
I PLACED AN ORDER USING MY GIFT CARD & NOW WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS
Orders paid using a Gift Card will be refunded to the Gift Card balance. Orders paid using split payment (a Gift Card + other payment method) will be refunded to the Gift Card balance first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.
CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD ONLINE FOR MY FRIEND?
Sure! Place the order using your details (name and email address) and forward the Gift Card confirmation email to them. Alternatively, you can print off the Gift Card attached to the email and give it to them this way.
Please advise them to KEEP HOLD OF THE GIFT CARD CODE, just in case they need to return anything as the refund will go back onto the Gift Card balance.
